There is an easy way to lease or rent your residential investment property. We offer a lease only service for property owners who manage their own property but need help in finding a new qualified tenant.

Through our lease only service we will do the following:

• Inspect your rental property.
• Discuss ideas on how to enhance your properties appeal.
• Set a fair market rent to be competitive.
• Place your property on our Web Site with a full description and digital pictures.
• Install a professional For Rent sign.
• Advertise in local newspapers as may be needed.
• Show the property.
• Screen and qualify prospective tenants.
• Discuss prospective tenant's application with you for your approval.
• Prepare lease documents.
• Meet with tenant to sign off on the lease and to collect the first months rent and security deposit.
• You will receive a copy of the signed Lease Agreement along with an Accounting Statement setting forth all money collected less leasing expenses. A check for the balance in your Trust account is delivered to you along with the above lease documents.

The property is now turned over to you for management. We take the hassle out of leasing for only $595.00 plus advertising. We look forward to helping you.
