Call our office to make an appointment to have one of our agents show you the property (925-462-9090). Before meeting the agent, print and fill out the application form found on the “property available” page. Having a completed form ready to submit will reduce the time required to process your application.

Is there anything I can do to ensure that my application is processed quickly? - Top
Contact your employer and current landlord to alert them that we will be faxing them verification paperwork that needs to be returned quickly. We must have these forms returned before contacting the property owner for approval of a new tenant.

Once I am approved for a property, what is the next step? - Top
RPM will draw a lease agreement. Your security deposit and rent are due at the time of signing (cashier’s check only). Your agent will arrange for a time to meet you at the property to do the move-in inspection and deliver the property keys.
